* Please avoid loud music or excessive noise.
* Keep noise to a minimum in communal areas, including hallways, terraces and the pool area.

### 🏊 Swimming Pool

* Pool use is subject to the community regulations.
* Diving or jumping into the pool is not permitted.
* Alcohol is not allowed in or around the pool area.
* Please keep the area clean and respect other residents.

### 🔥 Sauna

* Please use the sauna responsibly.
* Always switch off the heater after use.
* Never leave the sauna unattended while heating.

### 🛋 Looking After the Apartment

* Please treat the apartment with care.
* Do not move furniture unless necessary. If moved, please return it to its original position before departure.

### 🧼 Before Check-out

Please:

* Take out all rubbish.
* Wash and put away all dishes.
* Leave the apartment reasonably clean and tidy.

* Only registered guests may stay overnight.

* Lost keys may incur an additional replacement fee.
